Jeab decided to take a break from her toutine job and attend George Brown Chef School, the best culinary school in Canada. She specializes in bake goods esecially cake.
She is ready to use her experience and traditional French techniques to crate delicious desserts from our home kitchen.

Neng graduated from Greorgre Brown Chef School with honour and have trained with Susur Lee to earn some French and Asian fusion techniques during the Summer of 2013.
She loves to eat. She loves to cook and the most important she loves to pleasure her friends and other through her dishes.
ABOUT US
We name the restaurant from a French word "échaudé" which means heat, one of the most important element for cooking and baking.
